Comfortable and easy to locate convenient location.
Positive: Well located for an easy drive to Mt Cook. Comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. Suburb was quiet Very clean.
Negative: There are no blinds on either the kitchen window or the door so lack of privacy. The property needs the following: door mat at front door, chopping board(s). kitchen cloths, cooker settings instructions.
