千万不要预订这家客房，存在严重欺骗！Don't book the guest room of this place. There is serious deception! Negative: 千万不要预订这家客房，费用存在严重欺骗。我预订时看见房费折合900多人民币（包含税金其他），清洁费故意隐藏不展示金额，最后扣款时显示1600多人民币，很容易上当受骗！而且清洁费居然超过房费，一个晚上单清洁费这一项收700多人民币，超过房费就很离谱！故意设置不让取消。投诉平台客服，也不处理！让我们自己找房东，非常糟糕的体验！

Beautyful modern and clean space for relaxed days, ideal for 2 persons Positive: The appartment was very nice, interior design was really nice and modern, kitchen was well equipped, bath was very spaceous, heating worked well. Ideal for two persons also for longer stays, nicely located in the middle of the village Negative: We were travelling with 4 persons, the main bed was very good, whereas the sofa bed was not made up, and the matress was not clean and super uncomfortable. In the kitchen bar, there were only 2 chairs, so that dining at the table together was not possible

Inaccurate description - property is a studio not an apartment Positive: Property was modern and comfortable with a nice outdoor area Negative: This property is incorrectly described as an apartment, when it is in fact a studio. There is no door between the living room and bedroom and as such, it was challenging at night to contain the noise with our small child

Very enjoyable stay excellent peaceful private location Positive: Great location nice modern apartment style nice sunny deck Negative: Sofa bed for extra guest not very comfortable Would have been good to have a little milk in fridge and shampoo in shower But overall a great stay staff we dealt with were excellent helpful and friendly

Good place a bit afar Positive: Flexible check-in via lock box was nice. Nice amount of space and bed was comfortable. Area was very quiet. Had a washing machine/dryer although it did not dry clothes very well. Negative: When you exited building motion activated lights went on which was bad for start gazing. Was 50 min+ drive to mount cook hikes and activities. Twizel has more dining options than mount cook but not good enough to offset the drive. Place is run by a rental company so lacks personal touch and hospitality of B&B type places we have often stayed at in NZ.
