Real gem in Twizel Positive: This is a very modern chalet, very light because of the windows and at a fantastic location (quiet, nice views). We enjoyed it very much. Negative: Some suggestions for improvement: 1. add some storage for personal items, 2. provide the user manuals for the dishwasher, washing/drying machine and oven, 3. provide extra towels for a stay longer than 2 nights (ask we did),

Very nice and unforgettable stay! Positive: This place is the hidden gem in Twizel. The location is nice and the room has very great privacy and good view. We can do the star gazing at the backyard and the view is so stunning. It’s also very warm and a whole package with everything we need. All the facilities are new and helpful. And the instructions from staff are clear and timely. Also, I noticed that in the comments earlier, someone mentioned there is no reading light. I think the place has keep improving caz now there are reading lights on each of the side of the bed. Negative: Everything is very extraordinary. Only that please note there’s no shampoo provided so could remember to bring a shampoo sample

Very nice, warm, little place in great location. Positive: Location, nice decor, comfortable bed, quiet, perfect for what we needed, really nice little place. Negative: Not didn’t like so much but some Things missing. Carpet in sitting area and beside beds because floors are really cold concrete, a lamp in sitting area instead of bright lights, nowhere to hang coats, cold when arrived and heat pump took a while to figure out, no directions on how to work the oven, no phone number in the book to call someone for advice, tv remote needed batteries, small sofa for two tall people and couldn’t sit on floor because it was cold, would have been good if some milk was supplied for that price, no hooks or a place to put things in bathroom, some minor things but they add up sorry, otherwise really good.

Cute place with some elements lacking Positive: The unit was clean and modern, in a quiet location in the dark sky reserve and near Mt. Cook. It is small, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Negative: Rental generally lacked features that would have made our stay more comfortable/enjoyable. Only one pot and one pan provided for cooking (the lone pan was damaged and unusable), there was no shaded outdoor seating, not even a patio umbrella (the weather was hot and the sun very intense when we visited in March), and there were no reclining outdoor chairs to view the stars at night. We contacted management about the cooking supplies. Their response was slow and unhelpful. Would not stay again.

Positive: 设施比较完善。 Negative: 空调的气味很难闻，整个房间非常需要通风。入口很混乱，有两间房子，使人迷惑。
